This page will show the progress of the restoration.
The front cowling and hood have been removed to gain better access to the engine and radiator. All of the red powder you see during the restoration is Wasp mud from the many, many nests in the car from being stored in a barn for 10 years. The car has no rust!
Both carbs have been rebuilt and new throttle shafts replaced. Unfortunately I must have done something wrong becouse the engine won't start now. Oh well, on to other things! April 10, engine runs great! Don't ask me how I got it to run, but it is.
The radiator will need to be repaired. I will try to get it re-cored and eliminate the crank hole for better cooling.
